WATER, WATER, WATER


I can't stress this enough. DRINK WATER. It took me a long time to fully understand why people always suggest this when your dieting. (you should always drink it , however). Drink a glass before meals, and throughout your day, I promise you, it will help keep you feeling full and it flushes out whatever your retaining and maybe making your tummy feel bloated and chubby. Remember to cut back on salt though, it retains that water.

TURKISH APRICOTS
I eat a handful of these with a lot of water. It's SO filling! Perfect for snacking in between meals. Don't eat more than about 10 pieces, there loaded with carbs, healthy carbs, but still carbs.
