Being a model for many years, I've been on a diet or healthy eating plan for what seems like, 85% of the last 8 years. Over these years, I've found ways to sucessfuly lose weight, maintain my weight, and cook to where I enjoy healthy eating. Most models don't eat, and that cigarette and vodka diet doesn't work for me. People always ask me, what do I eat, how often do I eat, how do you keep feeling full, etc....to stay trim. It's alot easier than you'd probably think. Healthy eating is EASY and it can taste wonderful as well. My goal here is to share tips/recipes/etc that I've found work really well!
Of course, you could search recipes online, but I want to make it easy here, and share things I have tried, recipes I've changed to be healthy and taste better, and suggest side dishes, main dishes, desserts, or drinks that would complement the given recipe.
